I got it! I got the Janome table for my machine! I've been spending cash at the shop instead of using my earnings from the website and I finally had enough to buy the table I've wanted for awhile. It's meant for my Janome machine. It sits right down in the hole, you don't have to take the bottom off like you used to have to do with machine tables. It has a long bed for supporting quilts while you quilt and I've hooked up the knee control (okay, not hooked up, pushed it in the hole *LOL*). My ankle gets sore sometimes if I have to sew continuously so I hope the knee control will make that easier. I've always had the control but was afraid to put the machine that close to the edge of the table. I was using a 15 year old IKEA kitchen table and it was okay except it was really deep and took up a lot of room. This is nice and narrow.
It's metal so it's sturdy and it has a 39" rule in inches and cm along the front of the table for measuring. Between the ruler Angela sent me and this ruler I better stay on my toes measuring wise!

Now I'm working on bunging out and organzing my room.

Good for you ,you deserve it .I've seen these tables there wonderful ,enjoy.
Hey, Shirley. That looks terrific. Is the knee control to replace the foot pedal or does it lift the presser foot? I have the presser foot lifter on my Bernina and love that and have always thought I'd like the knee control to replace the pedal. Take care. Lane
Wow, that is great Shirley. I love that table. I wonder if they sell them over here. I must ask the shop where I bought my Janome. Worth saving for. Have a nice day

How exciting for you! I expect we'll see lots of quilty items from you now, right? :)
That does look like a nice table. It should be a lot easier for you to quilt now. Karen
That is great, I am glad that you finally got it. It will be so much nicer for you. I wouldn't mind a knee control for the machine. My mom's old one you made it go by using your knee, I liked that.
That looks like a very nice table! I am happy for you, but I am jealous too! :O)
I should see if Jim can take my old Singer cabinet (machine was gone long before I ever got the cabinet) and see if he can make it where my machine would fit in it! I would love the extra sewing table/space! :o)
What a great table, with functional features. I can "hear" the excitement in your voice as you anticipate your new sewing space. I don't need a crystal ball to predict many happy sewing sessions in your future. :-)
