Canadian Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving Canada. I have so much to be grateful for.

The many farm fields in the area where we live are a constant reminder of how blessed I am to live in a land of plenty.

I have clothes on my back,  a roof over my head, and I and my little family are all healthy.

I am grateful that I am able share with others who don't have enough.

I'm grateful for the new friends I've made over the last 6 months. They are all wonderful, caring, giving women.

I'm grateful that I have been put in situations that have taught me to express my gratitude at the end of each day. I may not be feeling grateful some days but there is always something I am thankful for and each small thing helps my attitude and lifts my spirit.

Happy Thanksgiving, and thanks for the reminder to appreciate all of our blessings, no matter how minor they may seem to us.

Happy Thanksgiving Shirley.

I think Aussies should pick a date and do thanksgiving too!

It helps to have a day where we can remember all most of us have to be thankful for.

Enjoy your day.

Happy Thanksgiving a day late. Haven't been on here in a long time. I see on your side bar you are reading the Diana Gabaldon book. I just got the first one and haven't started it yet. I am trying to finish Sherlock Holmes, Vol. 1. How do you like Diana's books?

Happy thanksgiving, Shirley. We have so much to be thankful for--no matter how bleak life may seem at times, there's always something to be grateful for if a person really tries to find it.

It is easy to get caught up in "what's wrong" and forget to be thankful. Thank *you* for this post! :o)
