This is so amazing!
Deer for breakfast

I haven't been posting cause it's been a bit rough emtionally around here for too many reasons to list. Life just gets out of control sometimes.

I've lost my zest for quilting. I sure hope it comes back! I'm going to focus on working on my daughter's wedding ring quilt for awhile.

I do have an embroidery I did but won't be showing it for a few days and I have another one I want to start. It's a sewing machine cover. Right now I'm finishing up hand quilting my flannel snowman. I forgot needles were so sharp. Ouch!

Have a good day.

*YOU* have a good day too!
Cant wait to see pics of progress on the wedding ring quilt. What colors was it in - blue and purple, I think?

Sorry to hear you are going through a rough patch. Hope things get back to normal soon, and the "zest" will come back too.

That's too bad about life's emotional journey...I too am going through one but I find once I get into that quilt project(s) it takes my blues away...
Good luck Shirley.

Ha! I, too am remembering how sharp needles are. Fortunately, my hand-quilter's callous is coming back. Take care. lane

Sorry to hear you are having some tough times.
Take good care of yourself and let them wash over you.
I hope things improve for you :0)
Don't forget to pray......it always helps me.

Happy sewing

Hope things get better for you. We'll be here when you're ready to blog again. I lost my zest for quilting for 2 years, but with the help of my online friends, got interested again. That was a great video!

Hang in there, Shirley. I know what you are feeling. I want to quilt.....I really do.....but I just can't make myself do it. And it's really the only thing that I enjoy doing! But not enough to make me do it, I guess. Keeping you in my prayers.
